GMG take great pride in their role as Project Manager and QS for the £10m re-developmenet of Langdale Chase on Lake Windermere.

The property was closed for 12 months whilst the transformation into a 5-star luxury hotel was underway.

We have been cost-controlling Daniel Thwaites hotel development programme
since its inception 30 years ago. This has involved new build hotels in Bristol, Fareham, Kettering and Leeds. -
We have carried out numerous
significant projects across their estate
including extensions, refurbishment and the re-branding of acquisitions. -
We are continuing with a bedrooms Refurbishment programme at the North Lakes hotel in Penrith.

Our association with Village Hotels began with the brands creation in 1988.

We have undertaken a myriad of significant projects across the UK, both on the hotel and leisure side of their operations.

In addition, we have successfully undertaken a roll-out programme to extend 10 hotels to provide a further 400 bedrooms to the stock.
