We have a number of long standing clients and we have at our disposal a significant cost data base, that allows us to provide robust budgets. We have a full knowledge of the Client Direct elements that are required to complement the Main Contract and we can therefore both provide costs and manage costs for the entirety of the development.

The Parogon Group

We have been fortunate enough to be a part of delivering the Parogon Groups chain of Pubs and Restaurants across the Midlands and North-West from the beginning of the programme. The Portfolio has grown into a leading player over the last 20 years and we have been a proud partner in delivering the CAPEX programme.

We have completed a number of Marco Pierre White conversions across the length of the UK

DORBIERE PUB GROUP

We are delighted to have recently been appointed as QS for the Dorbiere Pub Group for the Extension and Refurbishment of the Swan Pub in Staffordshire

DANIEL THWAITES PUBS

Our relationship with Daniel Thwaites stretches back many decades and we undertaken both new build and refurbishment pubs across their estate including the Black Sheep in Bristol and the Parsons Collar at Fareham.

WILLOW RESTAURANTS

The first Willow Restaurant was launched on the Trentham Estate in 2021, with GMG appointed as Quantity Surveyors. We have delighted to be part of the roll out of this fantastic concept.

SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT

STOKE CITY FC

We are honoured to have been selected as Quantity Surveyors for Stoke City. Recently delivered projects include the hugely successful Fan Zone as well as the wash rooms refurb throughout the Stadium

LEISURE AND SPORTS SECTOR
Whether it be Leisure Centre’s, Swimming Pools, Sports Halls or Sports Clubs, GMG has been active. Highlights include.

Newcastle Borough Council. Jubilee 2 – New Leisure Centre

The building features a 25m swimming pool, learner pool with Aquagym facilities, martial arts and dance studios, fitness centre, health suite and a dedicated children’s activity and fitness area.
